I met this frog this morning while I was washing my hands near the concrete pond. It paused and posed in one corner so I immediately grabbed my phone and started taking pictures. I managed to bring my camera as close as 3 inches away before it jumped and found a way to escape. How do you call this type of frog in your dialect?

In pangasinan, we call it "patang" The bullfrog is "karag" I like the green color of his head, I think this one is poisonous. Every poisonous or unknown frog we call it "patang uleg" 😅

We have a few different frogs here, but one of them is called the Common Jumper. Maybe your beautiful frog is some jumper, too.
