I wonder why doctors don't approve or against in herbal approach when in fact medicines came from herbs. It is just that pharmaceuticals changed to synthetic for fast mass production sometimes causes side effect while, herbs are natural and slow healing processes.

Damage The say when damage done it could never be repaired. Others try to save in every way they could but the scars and break still apparent. Carefulness is the opposite of damage. But humans are just humans prone to mistakes and blunders. Don't let damage will damage ourselves.

Emptiness Alone reminiscing the past, reliving those happy days and wanting to turn back the hand of time. The burst of laughter of the then younger generation of that time, full of life thinking to be able to live in hundred years, no worries about of what tomorrow may bring for the responsibilities of living is not in the shoulders. Live as it is, don't care for provision for someone will provide, educated and ambitions were fulfilled because of being supported. Care less and worry less. There was no emptiness for whatever is lacking it is filled up. Life is rolling and times flies. In a wink of an eye the one who was once masculine and robust became frail and weak, wrinkled with gray hair. The laughter and high spirited attitude was replace with sad, lonely face and emptiness of the will to live in hundred years beginning to sets in. Living emptiness, in an empty space, no one to talk to and laugh with, no more support and a shoulder to lean on. Those joyful years has gone what is left are memories to be remembered that brings emptiness into your soul. That is the cycle of life where no one could escape. Just be ready.
