You don’t complain about overtime. You don’t run away from deadlines. You don’t mind being tired. What drains you is giving your all and still feeling stuck. It’s showing up every day logging in, commuting, attending meetings, hitting quotas, replying to emails at 10 PM and your life still feels the same. Same salary. Same position. Same struggles. You’re not lazy. You’re exhausted from effort that doesn’t move you forward. Because progress is hope. A small raise. A promotion. A business slowly growing. Debt slowly shrinking. Savings slowly building. We can endure pagod. But it’s hard to endure stagnation. So if you’re tired, it’s not because you hate working. You just want to see that your sacrifices are taking you somewhere. And that’s not weakness. That’s ambition wrapped in survival. Keep going but also start asking yourself: IS THIS EFFORT BUILDING MY FUTURE, OR JUST MAINTAINING MY STRUGGLE? You deserve growth, not just survival.
