It is a different kind of gratitude when someone speaks your name in a room you have never even stepped into. When you are just out there doing your thing, unaware that someone is vouching for you, believing in you enough to recommend you. Opportunities do not always come from the places we expect, they come from the people who see our work, our effort, and our potential, even when we are not looking. To everyone who has ever mentioned my name in the right rooms, who has vouched for me when I was not there to do it myself, thank you. Your words carry more weight than you know.
