Looking for a new job is usually the most practical and best advice you can give someone thinking of resigning. We all need money. Bills don’t pause just because you’re tired. Kaya madalas sinasabi, “Hanap muna bago resign.” Pero minsan, staying isn’t strength. Survival mode ka na lang. Some workplaces are so toxic, bawat araw pakiramdam mo parang may nilalaban kang di mo ma-explain. You feel drained, nauubos ka, and you don’t even know why. Hindi ‘yan pagiging “soft.” That’s your body and mind telling you na may mali. I once worked for a company na walang pake sa well-being ng employees. Lahat takot. Eventually, employees reported them. That company? Sarado na ngayon. Probably nalugi. So panindigan na. And you know what? It was worth it. If your job is damaging you, maybe it’s time to leave. Minsan pati Viber or WhatsApp tone, trigger na agad. It won’t be easy. You’ll figure it out. Activate your emergency funds if needed. This post isn’t here to tell you what to do. Just a reminder na choosing yourself will always matter :)
