No one really talks about how lonely it can get when you're far from home, living in the city, and chasing the life you've always dreamed of. Nasanay tayo na kapag pagod, may sakit, o mabigat ang pakiramdam, ang unang naiisip natin ay, "Gusto ko nang umuwi." Because home has always been our safest place. But growing up sometimes means finding the courage to stay, even when home is miles away. Para sa lahat ng nasa malayo, living alone, missing family dinners, missing familiar faces, and carrying responsibilities quietly while pursuing their dreams and helping their families, mahigpit na yakap. One day, all these sacrifices will make sense. For now, keep going.
