@re-joyce more from that month

So what did I learn? I learned to appreciate the simplicity of life—the quiet mornings, the sound of laughter, the warmth of a hand held in silence. I used to think happiness had to be loud and grand, wrapped in achievements or big moments. But it's in the small, unspoken things that peace lives. A deep breath, a kind word, a sky painted in soft colors at dusk—those are the moments that truly stay with you. Life doesn’t always need to be chased or conquered. Sometimes, it just needs to be noticed. I’ve learned that slowing down isn’t a setback—it’s a gift. And in the stillness, I’ve found clarity. The more I strip away the noise, the more I realize that joy was never far away. It was always in the simple things, patiently waiting for me to pay attention.
