IF THEY HURT YOU, TELL THEM ‼️ If you wanna see how emotionally mature someone is, tell them they hurt you and see how they react. That is the ultimate and only test. Someone can seem like the most emotionally mature person in the world when they’re not the one being criticized. But when you tell them they’ve hurt you, that’s when you get to see if they become defensive, if they get angry, if they actually wanna listen to you, if they’re able to put their ego side, That’s when you get to see how they navigate conflict. If they make themselves a victim, if they make you feel like horrible person for criticizing them, if they just focus on what their intention was and don’t acknowledge how it made you feel, if they call you sensitive, THEY’RE ALL RED FLAGS and SIGNS that they’re emotionally immature.
