Sometimes it’s not the job, the salary, or even the company policies that make you stay. It’s the people you laugh with, rant to, eat lunch with, and survive stressful days with. So when your closest workmates start resigning one after another, something shifts. The office suddenly feels quieter. Heavier. Like you’re in a new season of a show but the original cast is gone. That’s when the urge to leave creeps in. Not because you hate your job, but because the people who made it worth showing up are no longer there. I’ve been in that situation too, and it really makes you reflect. When the reason you stayed walks out the door, you start questioning if it’s time for you to do the same.
