Lately, napansin ko sa sarili ko na it’s really okay and not necessary to force connection with everyone. 💯 Hindi na required ang lahat sa kamustahan. Hindi na need ang update sa kaibigan. May mga bagay at taong nakakalimutan, okay ako na mag-isa, okay ako kung sino lang ang nandiyan. Well, that’s adulting, and “to never expect anything”. Stop forcing bonds and communications, okay naman tayo eh. Siguro tama nga na just surround yourself with people where your energy is reciprocated, kung saan tayo tahimik, kung saan tayo mas napapahalagahan. It is what it is.
