Always the planner. Never the planned for. I’m the one making sure everyone else feels special.. decorating, organizing, taking the pictures, making the memories. But when it’s my turn? Silence. No effort. Maybe a text. It’s not about wanting big, fancy gifts. It’s about wanting to feel thought of. To not always be the afterthought. If you’re the giver, the doer, the one always showing up for everyone else? I hope you know you deserve to feel celebrated, too. Stop waiting for them to notice. Celebrate yourself.
