Being kind to yourself costs nothing too— I hope you won't forget that. I hope before you get busy looking out for your family, caring for them, giving you extra to your friends— you'll remember yourself first. I hope you have the drive to be kind to yourself, more than anybody else. I know there's this heaviness inside you. I know your silence means storms in your head. You have unsaid thoughts and overwhelming feelings, and I hope you won't forget to treat yourself softly because if you can apply it to others, you deserve it as well.
