Today, I met the Japanese grandmother who we first met at the New Chitose Airport in Sapporo, Hokkaido, who happens to be living in Nara City where I currently live. What a small world! She gave me and my companion some persimmon fruits. She also prepared obento for us to eat while we stayed at the Ukimido Pond and just spend the time sight-seeing. After that, we walked towards the “shotengai” (shopping strip) in Kintetsu and there, we ate cinnamon donuts. Today was a good day. 💕
