Mix the ingredients well until they are homogeneous. Make some lines on the top of the fish. Spread the marinade over the fish, making sure to insert it between the holes. Open the fish and put slices of lemon in it. Garlic cloves, hot green pepper, coriander and salt. Cover the fish and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Grill the fish on a charcoal grill, brushing it from time to time with oil and a sprinkle of garam masala for 10 minutes on each side.
