With the outbreak of war in Ukraine we applied some weeks ago for a passport for BabyRah just in case we needed to get out quick. We have now been informed that the passport authority has lost the documents. We sent secure delivery and the integirty of the tracker is in place - including an end signature so it is totally on them and they are almost as contactable as a real person behind facebook

Grr!!! Stuff like this gets me so mad! I hate when people behave like uncaring bureaucrats. Time to make some NOISE! Move on up the government food chain if you can. However, I know what it is like living in a country where you aren't a citizen. So you can't go completely angry 300 lb. gorilla on them. Good luck. This totally sucks.
