Such a great case! IMO, the solution (which is quite hard to find) is the balance between the two. Yes, employee was quite rude, knowledge doesn't let anybody to be a jerk... But if you have to.... ////// OMG! I really hope this is just a joke and never happened..... After a day full with similar cases for me (no, I wasn't a client today just for 5 min. at the very end of the day for a banana, some biscuits and tea, payed quickly and smiled with "thanks") my solution proposal: 1. there is an opportunity there: Start a new service as an extra> clients can choose ice at the bottom (extra charge for dry ice, or solid carbon dioxide) or just regular floating (H2O ice cubes... those are included in the standard price). Physics as magic .... Tomorrow we'll figure out something when clients will complaining about the "smoking" glasses..... Tomorrow I'll test this though ... $500 is a lot of money even in gift cards >D
that's pretty much the direction my session goes in. With some additions too which I might share on here too.

Yes, we had and I hope still have a plan to boost a little fun around Biz.Development, changing ideas about useful management best cases... but I'got caught up in some speed track projects and Noised only by chilling with you awesome people! >D Anyways I'll be back soon with more bizNoises. Until then, wishing you the best. Oh, and tell LittleRah "Hello!" >D
