@rah more from that month

It is often said there is no "I" in Team. Well I for one disagree! If Together Each Achieves More (T.E.A.M. - did you see what I did there?) - I must play my role - I must take responsibility - I must support my fellow team members - I must complete my tasks - I must take advantage of training and leverage it for the team's benefit (ok I benefit as a side effect) So the next time somebody tells you there is no "I" in team tell them they are wrong because without an element of "I", responsibility isn't taken, tasks are left incomplete and projects are left incomplete or at the very least they overrun. Instead of Together Each Achieves More we end up with a Total Endless Absolute Mess (and that is not a T.E.A.M. I ever want to be part of) Again taken from my business training resources #Business
