Good morning my fellow Noisers. I am up and ready while everybody else is still asleep. I have a training session starting in a few minutes - so pretty much life is quite normal. Other than - and if you read my last post last night you will know - it being my birthday. December is a bittersweet month for me filled with both good and bad memories. And incidentally it is a landmark birthday this year as I have now been hanging around on this planet for half a century. 50 today!
