@rah more from that month

Ok so made a start on one of the two difficult chapters, this being the first of the two. Literally just wrote this in the last few minutes. It is the first draft so I am not sure it will survive the editing process. Enjoy _________________ I woke up early when the day came and crept out of bed and grabbed my dressing gown. The air in the flat was particularly nippy this morning. I quickly made coffee and went to her side of the bed and put both steaming mugs on her bedside table. I then kissed her gently on the cheek and she smiled, but kept her eyes closed so I kissed her again, this time a bit more insistently. Again she smiled, but she held her upturned mouth just a few seconds too long. She was awake. I had her! ‘Happy birthday darling,’ I whispered allowing my hot breath to tickle her earlobe. Her pale skin pinked and I imagined her flesh rippling with pimples and my breath making her skin feel cold while at the same time it started to kindle the heat inside her. Her eyelids flickered open and her dark eyes fell upon me. I kissed her again, only this time on her lips. She reached up and cupped my cheeks in her hands and held me there and kissed me back deeply. Her tongue shot into my mouth and I responded and she grabbed the front of my dressing gown and pulled me on top of her. The day was starting perfectly. I was going to get what I hoped for and more. Our bodies came together and while I was well aware of my arousal, what excited me the most was the anticipation of what the day was going to bring. Hope filled my heart and despite the slight chill in the flat I was bathed in warmth. Today was going to be a new beginning. I didn’t want to rush. I wanted to savour every moment. We had time. I pulled my head away from her for the briefest of seconds. ‘I made coffee darling.’ She pulled me close again and whispered, ‘It’ll still be warm in five minutes. Kiss me again.’ How could I refuse? ____________ It's coming together nicely I think
