Enjoy boiled sweet corn This afternoon we cooked corn, to make it more delicious then mixed with some vegetables and carrots, then seasoned like cooking soup, this is really delicious, there is a sweet sensation from corn and a savory sensation from soup seasoning. Indonesians may call it "tege bening" but this is different because main composition is sweet corn. So gravy from this soup tastes sweet and savory but doesn't seem suitable when served with rice. We include corn also in our dish called "nilagang baboy or nilagang baka" and you are right the soup taste sweet 😊

Tege bening? Woa.. I even just heard it tonight om.. Btw on orange plats.. Why is it om? It looks like a corn seeds😁
