Social Media and Technology Effects on Fitness Amid Pandemic Technology has indeed changed mankind's way of life. It made things simpler and easier for everyone. Everything is self-regulating and planning. However, along with the various technological advancements, the technological innovation today came the decline in physical activity among people nowadays. Nevertheless, we cannot deny that technology derives from social media the ideas of positive and negative effects and consequences to the individuals. In this pandemic we carry a huge burden on our daily life because of the collision and 0utspread of viruses in society, various people are limited to do their operations. But instead of hanging out, exploring nature, or walking around the park, most of them would rather stay at home and watch television, play video games or online games, and surf the internet. Before this pandemic outburst, we were already addicted to social media on different platforms. For that record in the entire world, the very active on social media is coming from the Philippines because we are Filipinos are mostly adapted on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and etc., and that's the common platforms we used to and usually patronizing Filipinos for. Nowadays, you can no longer see any children playing outside, playing the classic game because it's already junked by the advance of technology now. This is the common situation and effects which we need to be rightfully addressed especially among the youth who are relatively active in the social media platforms. For talking of youth started of their habits in childhood, we reinforced in the teen years my become lifelong behaviors. Both children and teenagers need to be expose to numerous messages regarding the importance of making healthier choices about food and doing regular physical activities. With this, through the proper use of social media and technology, global awareness shall be raised which in turn would discriminate the information about healthy food choices and beneficial forms of workout. This would also teach the youth how to correctly interpret the nutrition facts on food labels as well as assess the information; do they learn from radio and television advertisements about the food that they eat and emphasized by having the essential knowledge about the benefits of optimum nutrition. You can access these platforms on youtube or google them for yourself for more additional information. When finally learning how to use social media and technology appropriately, youth will be motivated to achieve her/his own fitness goals by doing the correct exercise and achieving proper nutrition. In this way, media and technology can be considered as helpful tools in maintaining health and fitness simultaneously. Today is Valentine's Day! This month of February is the heart day and all were excited to spend our Valentine's day together with our loved ones. On social media sites especially on Facebook, many were posted their pics on receiving such a bunch of flowers and etc. February 14 is the celebration of Valentine's Day, and the origin of this set date is for the celebration tagged to Saint Valentine of Roman Catholic. And this is mysterious for me of when it started this tradition and came from. History believes that it is stated in the United States and across to entire places in the world. The history narrated that Saint Valentine is a priest serve to the Roman Catholic, however many twists may confirm that Saint Valentine committed a sin where he help the Christians to escape in Roman prison for being harsh and often beaten and tortured. Though they confirmed the other possible twist of the history of Saint Valentine, its dark and gloomy of his past, the heroic of Saint Valentine, a romantic figure that will remain in our hearts forever through the celebration on the 14th day of February. I have wondered Saint Valentine imparted to us this tradition even today, we care and share with each other. We cannot forget every 14th day of February were all busy preparing such a surprise for our loved ones, get-together happenings, many balloons, chocolates, candies, and love notes. As I remember my first Valentine date with my partner way back in 2015, it was very romantic at the beach with matching many flowers on top of the table and eating dinner. It was the very romatic dinner I've ever experienced since we started dating. Likewise also with my friends during Valentine's day in our college days we had to get along to the video bar, we had singing, laughing, and most all " kulitan sa mga crush ". Were all happy at that moment up this Valentine season. I cannot imagine my self how lucky I am for having a lovable partner, I cannot say he's my husband for now because we are not yet married, we are literally lived-in partner. Maybe by the middle of this year, we are planning for our civil wedding first before married in Church. Closing Thoughts: Everyone should enjoy this moment, a heart day, let's celebrate and treasure the moments. Noong una, nagdalawang isip pa akong sumali dito kasi ang dami ko ng sinalihan na mga apps para kumita o makahanap ng additional income pero sa bandang huli ay isang panaginip lamang. Naisip kong marinig ko ang Read.cash ng unang beses ay gulat ako kasi meron bang ganyang online platform na gagawa ka ng isang artikulo at ay magbibigay sayo ng tip. The month of February: Never Have I Ever This is the month of February, a season of love "charooot, kilig!" hihihi but anyways this is my first article to be published since I registered on this platform yeaterday. I've been read some articles herein read.cash and I saw some of them publishing the ***Never I have ever***, so I convinced myself to do the same just like them. I pick some words and here it is. **Never have I ever had a Valentine on February 14th** I do have, way back in 2015, I had a boyfriend. He was so gentlemanly and very thoughtful to me and I didn't expect that on February 14, Valentine's day he had a surprise for me. A very romantic date for the two of us at the beach, actually we had dinner at the beach with matching roses and sorry as much I wanted to post for the proof, my husband wouldn't allow me to post for some confidential circumstances. **Never have I ever asked someone out** A couple of times but I used to refuse it because I don't have time for that. I was so busy with my work that I couldn't let myself give a break before. **Never have I ever broken up with someone** For three times only. My first boyfriend was when I was in 4th-year college. He was from Argao, Cebu. We broke up because of nonsense reasons, I just don't want to remember it because it made me laugh again for that reason hahahah..Next, my second boyfriend, our relationship status is not quietly good because he is in Manila. A long-distance relationship and we fall out of love with each other because of no time for us to spend with. And lastly, my third boyfriend now is my husband. We end our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend because of an unexpected happen to me, I got pregnant and so it started on living as one in a household and getting married. **Never have I ever broken up with someone, but then got back together with them** I have one, but sad to say we broke up again not too long. **Never have I ever been in love with my best friend** Never. It's just a mutual friend and nothing at all. **Never have I ever received a love note** Never ever of my entire life hihihi because I only received in text messaging not in a form of a note. **Never have I ever daydreamed about someone I like** I do, and it sometimes happened when I always thought of him every now and then and that something makes me driven. **Never have I ever cheated** Yes, I did it and I admitted to that. **Never have I ever dated 2 or more persons at the same time** I did, naks! hihihi but it is just a short time and I just end up with it because I realized that is not good for a woman to have two or more guys in a relationship at the same time. **Never have I ever found love at first sight** Naks! naman!Love at first sight?! I don't think so. In my case, I don't believe in that. **Never have I ever forgotten my partner's birthday** Never, because this is the way of showing my love to him. It's his birthday and I will never forget that. **Never have I ever gone on a double date** Yes, together with my best friend, we had our double date instead and it was fun. **Never have I ever lied to my partner** I lied many times.
