i'm not seeing any one thing that points to "why now" but they're making consistent improvements. it looks like about 1200 hotspots joined the network in the last week or so, that tends to drive price a bit....

  Yeah you’re right. They look like they’ve been making progress. Overall hotspots crossed 20k recently.
