Small and tiny and cute. But full packed with flavours. That's what 'nasi lemak Bungkus' is. While the rest ate their meal at Texas Chicken, I skipped due to my braces plus 4 ulcers in my mouth. I walked to Bungkus Kaw-Kaw shop just right opposite to buy two packets of 'nasi lemak sambal udang' for myself and my mother-in-law. Bungkus = Pack Kaw-Kaw = Thick2 or Dense2 My coconut milk fragrant rice with delicious shrimp chilli paste was indeed packed with flavor. It came with hardboiled egg, slices of cucumbers, roasted peanuts and fried anchovies. Small packet but full enough due to the thick-thick coconut milk in the rice. Yummy!
