Attempting to dine-out once again knowing that this huge place is well-ventilated, and I had checked the other day that not many people were here. True enough, today, it is rather empty too. Most people prefer to pack their food and eat at home or office. The sad case is some of the stalls are permanently closed. It used to have around 35-40 stalls, now left around 20-25 stalls. Here is my favourite dish - fried chicken thigh with rice. Very yummy! The chicken is nicely fried and the meat is still so juicy soft. Yum yum! Learning to live with the virus takes more planning and precautions but it can be done. We had been doing it years ago since we have a son with only one lung functioning well, the other half lung is still growing. My way is to remember to disinfect and wipe the tables and chairs before sitting down. Wash the cutlery before using or bring your own. Only take off mask when eating and drinking, after that put back mask. You will have your way too and it is fine. Everyone plans differently, as long as you feel comfortable and safe. I am more careful because I have a high-risk child and I am his main caretaker. Most importantly, try our best and leave the rest to God. =)
