The other day, I was craving for 'roti telur' aka Indian flatbread which usually served with lentil curry (dhal), so I went to road side shop called Bard Corner. They are famous for their roti and indeed it was delicious. In the photo, the lady was busy making 'roti bom', one after another, non-stop. They had a cool system, whereby first person roll the dough to fluff it. Second person would flatten the dough at the same time twirled the dough in the air. Then passed to the 3rd person which was this lady, to pan fry them. No dead time ay all. Many people queued up to order their roti.

Looks so delicious 🤤 I want to try it my Friend .
Hope one day you get to try. :)
Looks like a pancake hehehe. Wait, you said curry? So it's a savory dish?,
Sort of pancake. More towards the oily type of flatbread. But yes, we eat this with curry.
