We had delicious satisfying beef noodle at Soong Kee Beef Noodle yesterday. I ordered for myself beef slices dry noodle while husband ordered beef tripes soup noodle. He usually would also add five spices beef tendon to the order, saying I need the natural collagen. Love the taste of the nicely seasoned minced beef on my noodle. Mix it together with the noodle = super delicious. And the beef slices in the soup were soft and yummy too. What a satisfaction!!! Yums!!
