Hello awesome peeps, hope your day is great! Here I am indulging in curry puffs made by my friend. We become friends because of the curry puffs. A young mother with two daughters, working hard to support his husband to provide for the family. She doesn't sell curry puffs every week, some weeks she sell butter cake or other pastries. Whenever I buy from her, I will buy two sets, another set to be given away to one lucky neighbour, also a way to help her advertise her curry puffs. We really love her curry puffs, so fat and puffy, generous with potatoes and chicken bites filling. The puffs skin also was made from scratch, I can tell alot of work for it.
