Hi cheerful peeps, I had been busy lately and therefore not so engaging here. Been busy cleaning house thoroughly because parents will be here. Now, they are here already!!!! My youngest brother is getting married tomorrow!!! Anyway, I rewarded myself Sarawak Laksa the other day after successfully cleaned the whole house from top to bottom. Like preparing for Chinese New Year huh. Sarawak Laksa is a unique laksa due to its blend of species and herbs in the laksa paste. The soup based is also cooked by using chicken bone broth and/or prawn broth. When the laksa paste and chicken bone broth add together, it gives a flavorful tangy laksa soup. Yumssss! Usually, it is served with rice noodles, egg stripes, prawns and shredded chicken. Garnish with spring onion or soup leaves. And no, I don't cook this. I bought. So delicious!!! Do you like laksa?
