Another Musang King Durian Snowy Mooncakes. These are from my parents-in-law. They are made from 100% durian and the skin made from rice flour and some vegetable carbon. Because they are the snowy type, you have to keep them frozen. Once taken out from fridge, they have to be consumed within the 20 minutes time, or else they will start to become soft and not so nice. We all are durian lovers, so we really enjoyed each bite. Going to be some days of eating mooncakes. 😉 Do you love mooncakes?
