This graffiti on the wall signifies the gaze of the Buddha. I don't know why, but in Nepal this is how they depict the Buddha - two eyes and a curl instead of a nose, no mouth. Apparently the main thing here is silence in meditation. But why the curl and not the nose? Perhaps it is a sign of movement towards infinity? Are there any Buddhists here? Just below @Ridam answered this question - This picture shows the use of all the senses for meditation. You see that the eye is looking at something, the nose is finding something, there is a little dot between the eyebrows that shows the main goal of opening the third eye using all the senses.
