I found an interesting Caucasian dish - khychin. And cooked it. I took a glass of kefir and poured it into the flour, so I kneaded the dough. I salted it a little bit. I rolled out the flatbread and put the filling: cottage cheese, chopped green onions and grated cheese. Then I wrapped it in a flatbread and rolled it out again. I have never understood how people can be happy living in such anthills, in a concrete box without any land to plant vegetables, fruit, or just flowers. And we are attached to these boxes, for which we have to pay, as if a prisoner in prison has to pay for his own imprisonment.
