Binance is not permitted to undertake any 'regulated acitivity' in the UK, but a statement from Binance says this will have no 'direct impact' on UK users of it's website. I guess that means we can use Binance as before though it just means it is not regulated by the FCA, so there is no protection if things go wrong. But we know that is the case with crypto anyway don't we?
