Fitness: 28th September 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question **Good Morning** After a reasonably long time, I got up at 4:15 a.m. today. Just the pleasure of getting up early is so much fun. I was always a morning person, and I guess I continue to be one still. 😊 With the rains and wet roads, I felt I would rather stay at home than risk hurting myself. Besides, I am just getting out of my cold; why tease my health? 😊 I got on with journaling in the morning since I had the whole house to myself with others sleeping. I had a lot of energy-cum-mind cleansing exercises that I practiced in the past, which I couldn't give a lot of time due to my work schedule. Today was different, and I could get a lot done.

Close to 6:30 a.m. I got going with my ho'oponopono sessions. It lasted for fifteen to twenty minutes. After that, I had to get on with my chores. I was so focused on the work that I did not know when four hours slipped by. Anyway, I had to get on with my office work and that I did. In the afternoon, I got some time, and I used it to focus on meditation. I did two rounds. One with guided subliminal meditation lasting forty minutes, while the second was a guided third eye meditation by Erick Ho. Satisfied with my progress, I got on with work again. And now, just completing this post. Overall, a good day so far, and I intend to keep the rest of the day on the same note. 😊 Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
