Fitness: 3rd September 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question **Good Morning** Though a rainy day, the rain had stopped in the morning as if to allow me my morning walk. Today I went for a walk twice. Once with my father and then on my own. My dad needs the walk as he is getting shut-in because of the lockdowns. The relaxation in the prevailing protocols was good enough for us to go out. I think he enjoyed it too.

After the walk with my dad, I went out for a two-kilometer walk. I was in two minds to go for a run, but the wet roads convinced me otherwise. Besides, I had time to reach home and focus on a few ho oponopono sessions, so no complaints. The sessions went smoothly, and I am glad that I could keep up with my commitments.
