Hail Lord Ram. "Har har mahadev" is hindi sentence which means Lord shiva is present inside every human being and we are calling upon his name with lot of love. One day , a person rides as a passenger in auto (three wheeler in India like peddy cab) to reach the railway station. The auto driver was driving his auto very smoothly and was in relaxed mood. Suddenly, one car leaves the parking slot and enters the road.The auto driver quickly pressed the break and saved from the car hitting the auto.
The car driver was angry and in anger was telling lot of bad things to the auto driver though it was car driver's fault. The auto driver was very pure who prayed to Lord Ram and he had positive thinking and he always spread his teachings and positivity to others. The auto driver did not get angry at the car driver and listened to the car driver and asked for the car driver's forgiveness and left. The passenger sitting inside the auto got very angry at the car driver and he asked the auto driver "Why did not you say anything to the car driver and let him go like that?" He told bad things to you even though it was his fault.
Then the auto driver replied "Our luck is good otherwise because of him we all have been in the hospital". The auto driver said "Sir, lot of people are like garbage truck or truck of the trash. Such people fill their brains with lot of trash. The things we do not need in life, such people keep working hard to accumulate such trash in their brains like anger, hatred, worry, disappointment among other things. When this trash becomes too much in excess in their minds, then to reduce their burden, they throw that trash to other people. That is why I distance myself from such people and smile from far away and bid good bye to such people. If I accept the trash thrown by such people, then I will also become the truck of trash and then later will throw that trash to people around me. "
"I think that life is very beautiful and that is why people who behave very well with us, we need to show gratitude to such people and people who do not behave well with us, we need to smile and forgive them.We need to later forget such people in our lives but make sure that our self respect is not compromised and we are not treated like doormats also. We need to think that some people with mental disorders are found outside in open and not just in the hospitals.
Rules of the nature:
If we do not put seeds in the farm, then the nature fills that land with grass. Similarly , if we do not feed positive thoughts in our minds, then negative thoughts make place in our minds.
A person who is having something will give only that thing to others. A happy person will spread happiness to others. A sad person will distribute sadness to others. A person with knowledge and wisdom will distribute knowledge to others. A person with myth will distribute the myth and a person who is fearful will distribute the fear.
A person who is himself scared will scare other people and a person who is suppressed will suppress other people. A person who shines will make the other people shine in life. A successful person distributes success to others. Hail Lord Ram.
People find it difficult to move on in life after they find true love.
It is easy to advise people to stop thinking about their past and move on to their bright future. But even though, people know this fact , they still find it a lot more difficult to forget their true love of their lives (especially their first love!). If you put yourselves in their shoes, you would understand the amount of pain and sorrow they are going through right now.Unless we are in the same boat like them, we can never understand their life.
Slowly, they have to give up a loved one in their lives who is very dear to them and this is truly difficult and it is time consuming process.It is easy for people in the society to suggest them but very difficult for them to get out and start a new life all over again.If any of such kind of people are suffering right now and are there in this community, my prayers go to them and I hope God brings the best life and he/she charts the best plan for them. I have been through this experience myself and it is very difficult to get out of that situation and move on to future. The best learning in life is to love yourself truly and fervently so that you can take care of others in this world. In order for us to contribute significantly in other's lives, we need to love and respect ourselves deeply for our well being and even for the well being of others. Live each day of your life as if it is a gift. Never stop learning new things in life and bad experiences help shape up our life in positive way and make us very strong. This is the power to detach our soul and power to let go from them. Take care and have fun!
Signs that you need to end that toxic relationship soon !!!
A person or guy or anyone who is hurting your career and in turn hurting your family consistently since many years is a sign that you need to end that relationship (friendship,etc) with that selfish person soon who only cares for his/her benefits and even you need to end any relationship (brother, sister in law or others) that is toxic for your life and for your passion in career and happiness. This is one of the signs among many others. It is better to end soon rather than crying your whole life and holding on to that toxic relationship whether it is sibling bond, mom, dad, your spouse or kids or friends or any kind of relationship. Take care and all the best.
Finally it is our life and we have all the authority to decide for our career and happiness and no one else has authority over our life, passion, career and happiness.
My day today that is, Tuesday October 20,2020 :)
So,today I started my day with prayers to God, read some meditation messages and preparing instant coffee.I love strong coffee and I made directly with milk , instant coffee powder and very less sugar. I sipped on my coffee and enjoyed the greenery around and relaxed. Later, I fed some snacks I made at my place to some dogs. I just feel that people stopped caring about other people and even animals. If people become selfless and care about other living beings, this world will be like heaven and there is no need to visit heaven actually :P .haha, cos lot of people dream of going to heaven.
Later, I took shower and I had breakfast. I did some packing as I am going to my brother's place for the navratri (9 day goddess hindu festival). I cleaned my almirah and lighted a diya in front of small Ganesh temple near the entrance of my hostel. I felt at calm and very peaceful when I prayed. I spoke to the maid who cleans the flats for a while. I walked in the sun for a while and around 12:30 PM, I enjoyed my yummy , delicious lunch. I ate rice, soyabean balls curry, spinach lentil, buttermilk, and one chutney. I am a foodie but I have to control otherwise I will become obese and attract different diseases , lol. I spoke to one of my hostel friends for sometime while eating lunch.
Now, I am writing and enjoying my article. If you enjoy all the tasks of each day, the life becomes so easy and you feel happy. It was raining very heavily and the weather became cloudy today after 12:30 PM till 1:45 PM. Now the rain stopped and thankfully it is not the flood like situation like October 14th, 2020 (It was bad flood in my city on October 14, 2020). Some evenings I go to the terrace and watch sunset, do bird watching and feed birds some food. I am going to make coffee again in the evening around 4 PM or 5 PM (Actually, I love tea but I ran out of tea powder, hahaha). I am avid tea lover :) I love coffee also. I love dairy products like milk, home made butter (ghee), curd, paneer , tea, coffee, and cannot survive without dairy products. I also had milk bread and mixed fruit jam today. It is similar to what Americans eat in the USA called peanut butter and jelly but here jelly is mixed fruit jam and I had no peanut butter :D
I am doing some bitcoin stuff and will take some afternoon nap for around 30 mins something. I will do yoga for around 45 minutes then and will drink coffee. I will eat dinner around 7:30 PM. I have one class at 8:30 PM and will drink some milk and sleep. Have a great day bitcoining all of you and enjoy your day.
Raja Yoga Chapter 4
**Karma Philosophy :**
Now, it is the "Sangam Yug" , the last stage of kaliyug where very less time is left to end the Kaliyug and for people to purify and transform themselves completely in order to go to Satyug. God will select only the most pure souls that are born again in Satyug. After a person dies, a person leaves back all the wealth and even his family and friends back. His path is now different from the path of his family and friends. The first thing that leaves a person when he/she dies is "Money" because immediately after a person dies, people empty his pockets and remove wallet and so the first thing to leave you is "Money". But people give their entire lives to earning wealth and do not give time to their loved ones also. But that money is the first one to leave you when you die. The second to leave you is your "Family". The only thing that comes along with you even after death is "Karma" and that is your best friend but that friend will say that "I will come along with you till the end even after your death but I will say about your account however it is , not one word extra and not one word less". The fruits of our Karma goes along even after a person dies.
There are three kinds of Karma- Satopradhan, rajopradhan and tamopradhan. Tamopradhan means very bad karma. Rajopradhan means karma of medium quality and satopradhan means karma of very good quality equivalent to Gods and goddesses. The karma philosophy means we have to pay attention to our deeds (Karma). A human being is of three types- prakrutic thought kind, vikrutic thought kind and sanskrutic thought kind. The people falling under "Prakrutic kind" will think that "If that person did wrong to me , then I will also do wrong to that person or I will take revenge". The people falling under "Vikrutic thoughts kind" are of the worst quality because such people loot other's wealth and they have jealousy and envy for others and they show other people down. Even if the others did not harm them and they did good for them, such vikrutic people bring them down and they have jealousy towards them.
"Sanskrutic thoughts" kind of people return other's wealth and things back if they take. Even if the other person hurts/harms you, sanskrutic people will forgive them. All of us human beings should work towards becoming better and we should come under "Sanskrutic" kind. This is the best quality of people and God's best kids. The fruits of karma (deeds) come back to you in three ways:
The fruit comes to you immediately.
If we do some karma today, then it will come back to us after several years.
If we do some karma today, then it will come back to us after this life or in our next lives.
Example for first kind of Karma:
Suppose that I am walking on the road, and there is one old man trying to cross the road. I had some tensions at home and I left and walking on road and then the old man tells me "Could you please help me cross the road because I cannot see?" Then I can give two types of reactions to him: I will bring out all my anger on him or I will help him politely.
If I help him nicely and do not take out other's anger on him, then I get blessings from him. The blessings I earn on my ability will help me a lot in my bad times. We can get blessings from our family, strangers,parents,etc. God says that the number of blessings should be more in your account and + should be more in your account and - should be less.
Example for Karma coming back to you in second way:
King Dushrath goes for hunting in the jungle and by mistake the arrow hits Shravan and his parents. Then the king apologizes about this to Shravan's parents saying that "by mistake this wrong deed has happened by him and please forgive him". But Shravan's parents do not accept his apology and tell him that " The way we have suffered a lot and died, you will also die one day with lots of suffering". Later if you see after several years, out of the four sons of the King Dushrath, two of his sons Lord Ram and Lord Lakshman had to go to the jungle for "Vanvaas" for 14 years and the remaining two sons had to suffer also. This led to immense suffering of King Dushrath and his death in suffering.
Example for Karma coming back to you in third way:
When we get beatings on our back, we get tears in our eyes. The nature's house is fair and in its stick, there is no sound but when that stick beats, we get hurt a lot. Sometimes, people wonder why a bad person is having a happy life and a good person is going through so much bad life. The answer to this is : He must have done sins in this life but he must have done some good deeds in his past life or so for which he is getting the fruits in his life now. That is why bad person also sometimes have a good time and happy life.
When God will ask you : "What did you earn in this entire life?" Then people cannot answer like "Oh , I earned in six figures per year and all". We only earn blessings, karma, sanskaar (moral values) in our life that goes along with us after death to God. We need to pray to God at all the ages and all the time and not just when we need him. If we pray to God all the time and call upon his name, then we are saved from doing bad karma or bad deeds. God gives us knowledge and brain and he helps us that way. We need to do our part of applying that brain and doing good. Whatever we do in life, we get the same back. If we take out time for God and pray, then God takes out time for us. If we do bad karma (bad deeds), we are not born like animals but instead we are born like humans but we need to suffer and go through the punishment like animals.
Never settle for the second best because I know my worth very well.
Lot of bad , negative people start underestimating and belittling very talented , highly skilled people because of negative trait "envy" and in this process they harm themselves (by creating a negative karma account with God) and ruining the other person's life who work so hard, sincere, intelligent, talented but eventually the other person will be happy because God always protect the good souls and the right doers and punish the wrong doers. When some bad person tells you like you are not worthy or bring you down, never justify yourself because I know myself better than any person in this world and I know my worth very well and I am not second best to none. I will never settle in my career for the second best and that is my priority and my happiness in life. I know my purpose of life and I will follow all my ambitions and dreams and do not think about those evil souls and negative people coming in my way and harming me. Such people mock at you and speak behind your back and it clearly means that I am one step ahead of such idiots because such people are behind my back and such idiots can never grow in their professional and personal lives. Like for example one time one idiotic lady told me that I am short in height (Listen I am not in modeling or acting field to be perfect, I am in a field where I save lives of people with my research and find cures and treat them.. As long as I am happy with how I am ,I do not owe you any answers. I know my worth and value very well). Just breath in and relax and ignore such arrogant , good for nothing people and pursue what your love and passion is. Those people go nowhere in life and remember that always pray to God genuinely and all your problems will be solved. Always repeat to yourself "I am the best and I can do it" and achieve all your ambitions. You should not compromise with your ambitions and priorities of your career. In Hindi,there is a mantra to ignore such negative people who are harming you called "Om ignoraya namah:". Thanks.
Equality of careers for both men and women
Sadly, even in this 21st modern century, there exists educated men and illiterate men who are narrow minded and want to bring down women and push them into careers that women hate. There is no equality between men and women in terms of career choices, education, money and everything.
We need to empower lot of women to come out and break the shell, go against all the odds of the society and break the rules to become highly successful , top level scientists, developers, entrepreneurs , among others. We need lot of girls in PhD especially in fields like Bioinformatics, Computer Science. With corona, there is already a huge shortage of doctors, nurses , healthcare researchers and just imagine if there is a world full of equal opportunity for all and if everyone follows this open mindedly, the economy of the world along with the latest research and technology quality would improve significantly.
There will be lot more great doctors, nurses, health care workers who will save the lives of people, find cures for diseases, get nobel prizes, patents,etc and make the country proud. Also, there will be more women who are happy in their minds by this and this will lead to a happy personal and professional life as well. When a person is unhappy in their mind, that person can never make the home and family happy. That person is considered a burden to the society but when girls are happy and successful, independent and strong in their careers, that will lead to happy families, happy relationships both at home and at work place. This is incredible topic to pester about in more detail for all of you. We need to raise the men the right way and not the kind of men who ruin a girl's life and are shame to the society as well as their family.
I would just conclude by saying that it is shame on such men who underestimate and belittle women a lot even in this modern world!
Raja Yoga Chapter 3
**Satyug (1st yug/era) :**
It is also known as "Suryavanshi yug". This yug is created by the blessings of God. In this era, the quality of spirits was very good. Lord Shri Krishna (Lord Vishnu's avatar in human form) is the first person to be born in this era. He had one soul but different names like Govind, murari and so on. There is no sun set in Satyug. During the life of Shri Krishna, he is born for the 8 times and hence we celebrate festival called as "Ashtami" during the navratri festival. Lord Krishna is born as Lord Ram in his 9th birth and hence we celebrate the festival "Shri Ram navami". After Satyug, treta yug comes and it is also known as "Chandravamshi Yug". These two eras - Satyug and Tretayug were very good and pure.
Dwapar Yug means : Dwa= Two par= maad. Instead of 16 good qualities of each soul, in this era, the spirit only has 8 qualities left. That means half of the part of the soul is lost and only half is retained. There is entry of bad qualities and bad karam (bad deeds) in human beings in this yug.
God sent lot of his messengers to distribute the knowledge of God to every human being. Firstly, God sent the messenger Ibrahim and he preached a lot of people God's message and people listened to him until he was alive. After his soul left the body, all his preachings were published in the holy book "Quran". After that there were no changes in their lives. It took around 2500 years for this entire process. Later, God sent the messenger Gautam Buddha when people started killing animals and eating meat. Many people followed the teachings and preachings of Gautam Buddha but later after he died, his preachings were just caught in the book and human beings forgot about it and left practicing.
Jesus Christ , another messenger of God came now and he established Christianity . The problem started when people started treating these messengers of God as God and later did divisions into religions and created fights among themselves based on religions, discrimination,etc but this is not what God was trying to teach his children through these messengers.
How was the Bible written?
There was a king who ordered Christ that he should stop preaching and if he does not agree to this, then he will be hanged to death on the cross. Actually Christ and his two disciples used to listen to Lord Krishna's preachings in India during their visit and stay in India and they wanted to pass on the same knowledge and preachings in their country as well. But they did not know how to pronounce Krishna in English and they were able to utter Krish and hence the terms "Christ" and "Christian" were coined. They started preaching the same things that are written in hinduism holy book "Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta" in their country and that is how the holy book bible was derived after Christ's death. There was some miracle that happened after the death of Jesus Christ that made the king believe in his preachings and he asked to publish all the preachings in holy book Bible. Basically, the teachings in both the holy books "Shrimad Bhagvat Geeta" and "Holy Bible" are the same.
Since the "Dwapar Yug" only , temples were being constructed so that the human beings can see the good qualities of God and try to introduce those good qualities in their lives. Later, the nature was created (5 types) and people started praying Lord Shiva. Then came the time when people started praying saints, sages (in hindi: mahatmas, dharmatmas) as God.
Kaliyug: In this era, the souls of human beings became black or impure ("kaali" is a hindi word that means black). The qualities of soul of people are of worst quality in this era. The qualities of the soul and the body are "Tamopradhan". Even prayers are of the worst quality and are tamopradhaan. The innovation and purification of our soul is done by the creator of this universe Lord Brahma. Lord Brahma imparts very good qualities in our impure souls of Kaliyug and leads us to the path where we go to the Satyug with pure soul. The full form of the word GOD is "Generator, Operator and Destroyer" where the Generator is Lord Brahma, Operator of this universe is Lord Vishnu and the Destroyer is Lord Shiva.
The people of Kaliyug are more body conscious and they forgot about the souls. They should become soul conscious instead of thinking about the body every time. It is said that Lord Vishnu will arrive in the avatar of "Kalki" in either Uttarakhand or Uttar pradesh states of northern India in "sangam yug". Currently we are in the "Sangam yug" where the God is working on purification of souls and imparting good values and karma and removing our 5 bad values/vikaar that were imparted to humans because of Raavan so that he can lead us to the path of "Satyug" where we are ready to be born in that pure era again. Below is the picture depicting the current Kaliyug stage of "Sangam Yug".
Raja Yoga Chapter 2
Everytime when we face lot of obstacles, hurdles and sorrows in life, we request the God over and over again to change our part in this drama wheel as we reach a saturation point where we are fed up of our part (life). Many people these days do not have the patience and courage to go through the consistent sorrows we get for several years in life. We have to build a very strong mind in order to develop the patience and positive thinking in every situation. A mother always writes the very best life for her kids that is full of happiness, love, luck, success, etc. Similarly, God is our parent and God will also write the best luck for all his children. God will write a perfect life for everyone of us. But God tells that this is not in his hands, this is in your hands because you write your own luck with your own karma (deeds).So he instructs his children to do their part very good and thoroughly in this drama.
For God, all of his children are equal. God gives us all equal amounts of love just like how for a mother, all of her children are equal and she loves them equally. Whatever we sow, so shall we reep in life. When we work hard in life we get all our dreams fulfilled and God gives us all we wish. Some people wish for cars, bungalows,etc. God gives us knowledge, power, strength, love and applying all these we can achieve whatever we wish in our life (For example, big cars, big houses,etc). God cannot interfere in anyone's karma account or the account of the deeds and therefore it is not easy for God to witness all the chaos happening in this world (example currently corona, chaos in the past also).
Story: God bestows a human being one time when he challenges God that how he can see all the sorrows of people and still keeps calm and God does not do anything. To his reply, God asks him to be God for one day and be idol inside the temple and see for himself. Then he accepts the challenge of God and becomes the idol in the temple and that day one rich man comes and offers prayers to him and says "You have always made my life happy and rich and I pray that you keep me rich always" and then he donates some money in offering to God and by mistake his wallet drops down which he does not know and he leaves the temple. Later a poor person walks in the temple and tells God that he has not given him anything and at least give something to take care of food,etc and when he takes the prayer aarti, he bends down and becomes happy to see the wallet. He becomes excited and tells "God has given me this" and he leaves. Later, a fisherman comes and he prays and tells the God that "Oh God, every time I travel , you protect me always and I pray that even now and in future, please be my protector and savior" He leaves and when he leaves, immediately the rich man comes in front of him and he asks the fisherman whether he saw his wallet and he replies he does not know about it. The rich man thinks that the motive of this fisherman is not good and he calls the police for him.
The person who became idol and sat inside the temple cannot see all this silently and he tells " The poor man took your wallet" . Then he tells God "how can you be silent when all this is happening in front of you inside the temple and not clear it out even though you know the truth?" Then God replies " You spoiled everything. By giving the wallet to the poor person, his stomach would have been filled and the rich man will not lose much (the wallet is small part of his big treasure) and the rich man will get increase of his good deeds in his account. The fisherman will be saved from the storm for one day because he was traveling on the day when it is storm all day and if the fisherman goes to the prison for one day , then he would have been protected from the big storm coming. But you ruined everything".
True Story:
One brother worked in a very big company. Because of his hard work, he was about to get a big award. The award function was to be held in London and he was very happy. The day before his award function , when he was shopping , a very bad accident happens and the doctor tells him for complete bed rest for the 6 months. He tells bad things to God and says "Why did you show me this happiness if you do not want to give that to me?" His complete trust on God breaks. The day when he was supposed to get the award, he goes into deep depression and he does not talk to anyone, behaves strangely,etc. The next day suddenly there are lot of positive changes in his health situation and he reads that day in the newspaper that the flight he was supposed to take had a bad accident and all the passengers died. So he thinks that he can take another flight in future and whatever happened is good.
In this world -drama wheel, there is no salvation (moksha) to any human being. The next life depends only on the karma and your moral values. If we do good deeds, we have to be born again to take the fruits of our good deeds and if we do bad deeds, then we have to be born again in next life to take our punishment. But we have to be born again and again in this cycle. We can never get rid of this cycle. The hindi word "Swastik" means "Every thing/work is auspicious" .
Rajayoga Chapter 1
Rajayoga is the most ancient form of yoga in India. When you are facing difficulties in life, always start your day with the most significant phrase " I have the power to create unconditional happiness, health, harmony in my relationships and I have the power to create heaven in this world".
Always repeat to yourself that "Purity of God gives me immense strength and I am full of God's purity, love, knowledge and wisdom". We live in a chakra known as "Shrishti chakra" (Meaning: The world cycle). It is also known as the World - drama wheel. There is no start and no end to this wheel. One example is day and night cycle. We , as human beings cannot predict when the cycle of nature will begin and when it will end. That is why this is also termed in hindi as "Aadi-anaadi chakra" which means there is no start (aadi) and there is no end (anaadi) to this cycle. Another example of this cycle is seasons like rain, winter, summer, snow, etc which we have no control to stop. Birth and death cycle is one more example where after we are born , we are playing our part in this drama created by God. According to our deeds (Karma) , we get our life and later our soul leaves the body and that soul is born again in another house or maybe in your own family based on your karma.
For the spirit or soul, a body is like clothing and we get our clothing in life according to our deeds (karma) in our previous life. The speciality of this chakra is that this chakra goes in four situations like morning, afternoon, evening and night. The time 12 PM is called as "avadhi period" in hindi. In our life, we have different phases like childhood, teenage, youth, old age and the old age is avadhi period for a human being. This World drama wheel (shrishti chakra) is the third chakra (cycle).
There are totally four eras named Satyug, tretayug, dwapar yug and kaliyug. The World drama wheel is for 5000 years. After every 5000 years, we will be born and before 5000 years also we were born in the same place, same time and by same process. We are born now and after every 5000 years we will be born and we come back again and again. The three main characteristics of this world drama wheel are:
This world drama wheel is adi-anadi (That is there is no start and no end of this cycle and is circular)
In this world drama, whatever has happened in the past of anyone's lives is auspicious, whatever is happening is auspicious and whatever will happen in future is also auspicious.
In this world drama , nobody can attain salvation ("moksha" in hindi).
This drama is also known as "auspicious drama". The word "drama" itself has "ma" in it which means mother. Hence , this drama is given the honor and title like mother. God is ocean of love. Time is considered the mother. God teaches his/her kids with total love and if the children still do not understand, then they get the beatings of the time based on their karma and time teaches a lot to the God's children and make them extremely strong. But in order to witness all this in life, we need lot of patience and courage.
Story:
There will be one king and his minister who stay together. One time, when both of them go for hunting in the jungle, the king sharpens his sword and suddenly his finger gets cut and he starts bleeding. He screams in pain and the minister treats him. The king screams even more than before and then the minister says " Do not worry, everything will be alright. Whatever happens is auspicious". The king tells that "I am saying that I am in lot of pain and this minister is saying that it is auspicious" and so the king gets angry and puts the minister in the prison.Then he leaves for hunting alone in the jungle where there is one tribal function going on and the tribal people were searching for one human being to sacrifice in front of their God. The tribal people catch the king and take him to their king. The king was taken to the location where people are sacrificed and when they notice that his finger is broken,they tell he is fragmented (the word is "Khandit" in hindi) and normally, we should not offer idols or people that are fragmented and damaged. Then they leave that king and his life was saved. Later, the king understands the words of the minister that whatever happens is auspicious in life. The king asks for apology from the minister.
The minister answers: " You have kept me in the prison and this is also auspicious. If I went with you to the jungle for hunting, then those tribal people would have sacrificed me in front of their God because my finger is not cut and I am pure and not fragmented. "
