Im not feeling well this day... i've experience a tremendous headache and feel to much sweat, one in a while i feel like i will vomit... I try to take a bath to lessen my headache maybe its because of the humid weather we experience but my mother ask me to have a BLOODPRESSURE in we are shock that my bp is 162/114... this is my first time to experience highblood and im not at ease with it hope to be well tomorrow....😢😢
