Good morning pips! I woke up a bit earlier than usual, so I took the chance to make some toasted bread for myself. 🍞 Fun facts about toasted bread. Originally, toasting bread was done during the Roman Empire days for preserving it. Breads are given to the workers building pyramids as a partial payment. And since they're working in the desert, mostly their breads are exposed to the heat, making it hard and difficult to eat. That's when toasting became their solution. But isn't it just the same?
