I have heard about this... I just don't have enough of a need for a title, but Scotland is making good money off of this...
yes they are, I told my husband that we could sell one square foot of our land and do this for people up north to say they own land in Fl, he figured it up, and he said if we sold it all it would be 1 million dollars. lol
Now, see, your husband knows what Scotland knows... imagine how much land Scotland has to sell, and how many desperate people there are for some sense of validation...
