The art of making animal lollipops, which has been traditional in Japan since the 13th century, is called amezaiku. The Japanese Shinri Tezuka directed all his efforts to the revival of the former glory of this technique. The master makes these beautiful sweets by hand from very hot raw materials. As a rule, lollipops are made in the form of various animals: goldfish, frogs, octopuses and many others.
