Yes i believe that water is the most important element in the world that GOD created as our earth is more water than land, and as the fact in reality of life that we can survived more longer in drinking only water even with out taking solid food rather than taking solid food with out drinking any water.

I used to drink a lot of water since I got pregnant. My obgyn required me to drink atleast 3 liters a day and now that I am a breastfeeding mom I need to drink a lot of water too. So its my daily routine to drink a lot of water. But my struggle is that I always drink a cold water and its not good for our health din db? dapat hindi malamig. Parang nabasa ko lang din yun before.

I really don't see how people can survive without water. One can live without other things but as for water, it is very very essential to life and survival
