For centuries, gold has remained a currency that never loses its value. On the contrary, in the greatest crises, gold becomes more and more valuable. BTC is an electronic version of gold, but I don't think the same fate awaits it. BTC is more prone to price variation. For example, only today is a big drop in prices noticeable. Definitely worth having BTC, collect and hold.

I would not say that bitcoin will replace gold, because bitcoin tends to fall and rise in price, while on the other hand we have gold whose price is constantly rising.
