Potatoes sleeping It is an old indigenous variety of potato, the so-called sleepwalker, was sown in Serbia before World War I. Today, unfortunately, there is very little of it because new `hybrid` varieties have prevailed. Fortunately, though, he survived. Its bark is light purple, and inside it is white. It tastes great, and more importantly, it is incomparably richer in minerals and nutrients than hybrids.
