No one has an ideal past

No one has an ideal past. There is a dose of suffering, unpleasant feelings, trauma in everyone's past life. The past cannot change, but it can change how we view past events, and more importantly, how we value them. As a rule, people do not return to their own past in order to see it with their current knowledge and to re-evaluate it. What someone experienced at the age of 6 or 14 remains remembered in the manner of a six-year-old or fourteen-year-old person. And then those memories affect our present selves.Treating bad experiences from the past is a kind of revision, reconsideration, interpretation and evaluation of these events. This "great saving" of the past enables the present Self to get rid of the wrong conclusions and bad feelings that the wounded former Self contains. Such an audit can be done by people alone or with the help of a psychotherapist. Don’t allow yourself to ruin your future with your past.
