Had a plate of Nasi Lemak with Chicken Rendang for lunch today! Nasi lemak is a national dish that is commonly found in Malaysia. It is a dish originating in Malay cuisine that consists of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. Everything on the plate was well seasoned! 😋💯. Chicken Rendang ✅ Sambal ✅ Ground nuts ✅ Egg ✅ Fried anchovies ✅ Rice ✅ Le tummy is well fed today. I don't usually eat a lot of rice, but today, I ate a whole bowl of rice cause I was super hungry 😂.
