**Currently, comments should not be really of concern to moderators**, because a) there are too many of them and without proper tools it's impossible to handle them effectively b) a moderator can't even remove a comment from a community. Eventually, yes, there will be some detection. We'll be releasing many more tools for moderators, like auto-acceptance of posts of users with good history, muting users (with a warning) for certain periods for community rules violation, banning users from communities, maybe even some shared history about users.
