Retro Games: Nintendo 64: Mario Kart Greetings friends of the community. For this occasion I come to present you something very different from what I have used to you in my space, which usually comes being drawing tutorials and short stories to move on to talking about video games. And not video games of the current era but rather of a bygone time as it was in the mid-nineties, when there was rivalry between three companies that dominated the market; one of them being Nintendo with its 64-bit version, or better known by the name of Nintendo 64.

This console will surely bring very good memories to more than one, something that happened to me too when I just dusted it off among the belongings that my brother and I shared in the closet. In addition, it is worth saying that this console is owned by my brother as well as some games, while other games do belong to me. After cleaning it I decided to take Mario Kart to give the video game console a use again. And for obvious reasons there can be no lack of control, which is the one we can see in the image.

This one has a sticker was obtained from a video game magazine, which is intended to cover its entire surface. On the other hand, they also accompany our controller with a memory card - to save the advances in the games - being this one not belonging to the official line launched by the company but by those that come from others when obtaining the rights and licenses when negotiating them with Nintendo. Similarly, we can see the rumble pack - unofficial - transparent blue color. This version of the device has two functions, one is the vibrator and, the other is the memory card. To activate it, you must slide a button that has on its front.

Next, we see the Mario Kart cartridge, a racing video game that introduces us to the main characters of the Super Mario saga.

And when we turn on the machine we can notice the scenes of the video game on a TV set of our own from the early 2000s. The TV is in a good condition despite the fact that certain moments there are certain faults, in which a kind of green tonality filter is projected on the images.
