Creating a graphite pencil drawing We are back with the drawings, friends, and this time it will be one made in graphite pencil. The selected character will be none other than Ken, from the Street Figther videogame; and the reference image has been obtained from a magazine.
To begin this work we are going to create reference lines that will allow us to place ourselves in the center of the page, and once that is done we will be able to draw to give shape to the character. This step will be done with a 3H pencil. Besides, it is worth mentioning that this drawing is on a larger scale, something that we can notice when we buy the original before the duplicate.
We continue with the process that consists of drawing the lines that give shape to the figure with a 6B pencil. The medium shadows will be with HB, and the most intense with 3B.
And that's it! We are done with our work 😃 What do you think? I hope this will motivate you to do it. And remember you can comment at the end of this post, I'll be reading and giving you feedback. I also appreciate all the support received from all of you. Without more to say I'll see you in a next installment. Until then 😎👍.
