New Drawing: Captain America (Video Game version) Friends, we are back again in our New Drawings section, where we will be showing the step by step for the elaboration in this case of one of the most famous Marvel characters, Captain America. This Captain America, is neither more nor less than a version belonging to the Marvel vs Capcom 2 video game that came to seem for the Sega Dreamcast console, in the year 2000. Now, without further ado let's get started with our work. 1- we create a skeleton of the character's body not without first having drawn a couple of lines in the form of a cross, this in order to better locate ourselves in the center of the sheet.
2- we give shape until it has an appearance as accurately as possible to the reference.
3- we inked with a marker pen; then, we removed all the graphite with a white school eraser.
4- we started with the coloring with colors ranging from sky blue, blue, purple and a touch of black, which is applied throughout the suit, and that said gradients reflect the projection of light and shadows. Peach and brown, on the face. Reddish orange on the stripes of the stomach and shield, as well as on the gloves and boots. And gray (combination between black and white) in their respective shaded areas.
And that's it! We are done with our work π What do you think? I hope this will motivate you to do it. And remember you can comment at the end of this post, I'll be reading and giving you feedback. I also appreciate all the support received from all of you. Without more to say I'll see you in a next installment.
