Hello friends...have you heard of this word, "EUSTRESS"? It is pronounced as "yoo-stres" like EU-rope. Yes, eustress is the opposite meaning of distress. "EU" is a Greek prefix which means good + stress = good stress🤗 Funny how most of the time when we hear or use the word stress, it always have a negative connotation. But in fact, stress can also be good not always bad. Eustress is the positive, good, beneficial stress. That positive feeling of excitement, satisfaction and well-being. It boosts motivation to reach our goals thus making us feel happier, healthier and smarter. One example is, when I was in my bedroom doing a task, I was also listening to this endless loud laughter outside. My siblings were playing a new game and all were so excited and happy and not only that, I think eustress will bond people as well because of its positive effect. So yeah, that was that... By the way, I believe that the color of my photo of desert rose is lively and thus have a positive effect on us/our mood. It's where I see its relevance😊 I hope you guys are having some eustressing moments this weekend🌷☘🌷🍀🌷 #thoughts #myphoto
