TEARS Why do we shed tears? It's the result of our deep emotions. It can be tears of joy or sorrow or fright or anger or it can be anything like watching sad movies, sad news, parting ways or goodbyes or it could be tantrums, frustrations, etc. And boys, you are allowed to cry, too. It's healthy...it means that you have a heart and you are human, too. #thoughts#myphoto#Photography

I totally agree with you. Crying relaxes a person, as it brings out internal frustrations in the form of tears. In a separate context, I remember once reading that tears of sadness are saltier than tears of joy.
Very well put. Once we give in to tears, we seem to feel better, calmer... πππit's interesting to know that there is taste difference between tears of joy and tears of sadness.π
nice picture, it is true we do not have to hide our feelings even sadness because it can hurt our health, we have to express ourself.
This is one way indeed to express ourself. Once it's shed ,it's like what made us cry is gone even if it's still there...at least the heaviness in our chests/emotions is unloaded or gone lighter.
I rank first with tears, in joy, in sadness, in gratitude always tears
Me too, but I hide it...
